Please note our wait time is now several months – we are currently working on our process to try and bring this down. Requests for a whole family are harder to arrange – please discuss with us so we can try to give a realistic estimate of time
Our service is only available to people seeking asylum in Sheffield, who have no leave to remain and thus no access to benefits. We can no longer support refugees with leave to remain or any other person who is eligible for benefits. We realise this excludes some people in real need, but we do not have the resources to offer our service any more widely. If we are not able to help, then we are happy to signpost you to other suitable organisations.
